Meet Sara
I’m so glad you found me. I’m Sara, a therapist, mother, partner, and person who deeply values presence, relationship, and the quiet strength found in slowing down.
The perinatal seasons ask so much of us, to soften, to stretch, to lose and find ourselves again and again. I created this practice to offer a steady presence amidst the unfolding. As a mother myself, I know how disorienting and raw this time can feel. There is joy and love, yes, but also the grief, rage, anxiety, and quiet unraveling that often go unnamed. I’ve been there in the messy middle, too.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and genuine presence to my work. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to walk beside you. My approach is rooted in lived experience and extensive perinatal training, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, and somatic practices. Together, we’ll move at your pace, tending to what’s real and alive for you in each moment along the way.
Whether you're navigating loss, identity shifts, joy, or exhaustion, there’s space here for the full spectrum. You don’t have to hold it all together here. I want to offer this space as somewhere you can fall apart safely, and slowly come back to yourself… piece by piece, breath by breath.
